Mark Studios – Terms & Conditions
We acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Eastern Kulin Nation, the Traditional Owners of the land on which we gather and create, and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded.
We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and honour the enduring role of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our community.
Made-to-Order Production
All Mark Studios products are made to order. Each piece is handcrafted, and production begins once an order has been confirmed and payment received. As a result, we do not hold finished stock for most items.
Lead Times
Our standard production lead time is 8-14 weeks. Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, glass blowing schedules, material availability, and finishing processes. Where possible, we will advise of any significant changes to timing.
If you require lighting within a shorter timeframe, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Handmade Variations
All glass pieces are individually hand-blown. Natural variations in size, shape, colour, texture, bubbles, and surface detail are an inherent part of the handmade process and are not considered faults. These variations are what make each piece unique.
Product Images & Samples
Product images, renders, and samples are indicative only. Due to the handmade nature of our work, the final product may differ slightly from photographs or samples shown online or in person.
Orders, Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any requests to amend an order must be made in writing as soon as possible and are subject to approval. Additional costs may apply.
Returns & Refunds
As all items are made to order, returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind or for natural variations inherent in handcrafted glass.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can assess and assist.
Installation & Handling
All products must be installed by a qualified electrician. Mark Studios is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation, handling, or modification of products after delivery.
Care & Maintenance
Glass should be cleaned gently using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. Proper care will ensure the longevity of your piece.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use, installation, or delay of products.
