Refund policy

All pieces are bespoke and blown to order. We do not offer refunds or
exchanges for incorrect selections, change of mind or unability to be
installed due to application.
Please inspect order upon reception and contact immediately if the
item is defective or damaged. If you do receive a damaged or faulty
item please email contact@markstudios.co within 5 days of receiving
the parcel. Mark Studios is not responsible for damages after this
period.
Damage claims must include photographs along with written
description. If damage has occurred during shipping all packaging
must be retained by the receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any
claim.
In no event will we be liable for special, incidental, consequential or
exemplary damages arising out of this agreement or out of the goods
or services provided by us. Including, without limitation, damages
