Shipping policy

Tracking information will be provided for all parcels. If the tracking
number is displaying a parcel as delivered but you have not received
the parcel please us at contact@markstudios.co
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost parcels and under these
circumstances we are unable to offer a refund.

Depending on local customs in certain regions, sales tax and custom
duties may apply. These duties will vary depending on the value of
the total order, what the items are made of and where the items were
manufactured. Each country has their own rules regarding duties
and tax. If duties and tax apply to you, your local customs will only
determine this once the parcel is received into your country. Due to
this we are unable to provide these costs to you at check out and
these charges will be entirely at your expense.

Please be aware that if you decide not to pay the import duties and
taxes when your parcel arrives into your country, your parcel will be
rejected and you will not be refunded.
