Cambridge Place is a landmark residential development by GURNER™, featuring bespoke hand-blown glass lighting by Mark Studios throughout its premium interiors. Each fixture was crafted to complement the building's refined architectural language, bringing warmth and sculptural presence to shared and private spaces alike.

The Brief

The client sought lighting that would feel both timeless and distinctive — pieces that could anchor a room without overpowering it. Mark Studios worked closely with the interior design team to develop custom pendants and wall lights tailored to the scale and palette of each space.
